Discussion and possible action of Adoption of Residential and Commercial Building Codes Ordinance and granting Todd Parkos with delegated authority to administer the building codes ordinance on behalf of the Town of Montrose. Todd Parkos, Building Inspector, will be present to answer questions. 2. Discussion and possible action regarding Kevin Grinvalsky’s request for an easement off of Little Lakes Road to his building parking lot, previously tabled from the October and November regular Town Board meeting.
