Town of Montrose Regular Town Board Meeting October 7, 2025 7:00PM Montrose Town Hall, 1341 Dianne Avenue, Belleville, WI 53508 Bills to be reviewed by Board after Board Meeting AGENDA Call to Order Approval of Minutes Treasurer’s Report Announcements 1. Discussion and possible action on applications received for operator’s license, contingent upon receiving all necessary paperwork and fees for: Hayley Ellen Robinson at The Cottage Goddess, LLC, d/b/a The Tipsy Gypsy. 2. Request by Michael Knight to create a One-Lot Certified Survey Map (CSM) for 4.976 acres at the corner of Paoli Road and State Highway 69, parcel number 040/0508-101-8513-0, and to rezone the subject parcel from FP-35 (Farmland Preservation) to FP-1 (Small Lot Farmland Preservation) Zoning District for the purpose of creating an agricultural lot. 3. Nicolaas Mink of Paoli Cheese Factory Association, LLC, at 6858 Paoli Road, seeks a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the purpose of building a 5 cabin condominium community at Seven Acre Dairy. One bedroom condominium cabins would be between 500 and 820 square feet, privately owned, and situated directly adjacent to the main building. The condominiums would participate in a Seven Acre rental program and function as additional lodging for the current property, bringing the total number of rooms at Seven Acre Dairy from 8 to 13. As part of the condominium association rules, these cabins will not be able to be used as a primary residence of the owner and will need to be part of Seven Acre’s lodging inventory for 46 of 52 weeks a year. 4. Discussion and possible action for a request for an easement in the road right of way at 7002 and 7008 Little Lakes Road by Kevin Grinvalsky.
