Page 1 of 1 Town of Merton Town Board Meeting Minutes of April 27, 2026 • Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Klink 7:15 pm Immediately following the Annual Meeting. • Minutes of the March 23, 2026 and April 13, 2026 Town Board Meeting. A motion to approve the Minutes of March 23, 2026 and April 13, 2026 Town Board Meeting was made by Krogman/Olson. Motion carried. Present: Chairman Klink, Supervisors Herrick, Olson, Fleming and Krogmann, , DPW Director Griffin, Clerk Hann. Treasurer Kempen and Attorney Murn. Also, in attendance: Sue Fleming, Rick & Pat Zimbric, Dennis & Karen Barney. Citizen Comments and Concerns: None Old Business: None New Business: Consider/Act on Outdoor Event for Connie Tjorksen for Wedding thru Chenequa Country Club near Maintenance Shed on HWY 83. Clerk Explained an outdoor event request for a Wedding thru Chenequa Country Club for an area which is located in the Town of Merton. Supervisor Herrick stated that he talked to the neighbors and they have no concerns about approving the request. A motion to approve the Outdoor Event for Connie Tjorksen thru Chenequa County Club was made by Herrick/Olson. Motion Carried. Clerk, Board, Highway, Treasurer and Attorney Reports. DPW Director Griffin working on flooding issues, washouts and cutting up trees from the storms earlier this month. Supervisor Herrick was at a NLMD meeting. Vouchers as Presented – A motion to approve the vouchers as presented was made by Herrick/Olson. Motion carried. Budget to Actual – A motion to approve the budget to actual report as presented was made by Olson/Herrick. Motion carried. Quarterly Journals – A motion to approve the quarterly journals as presented was made by Krogmann/Herrick. Motion carried. Adjourn - A motion to adjourn was made by Krogmann/Herrick. Motion carried.
