Town of Merton Public Hearing To Consider the Conditional Use Request of Kim Schlise, dba as Garden Gate Nursery, to Rezone the Property at N48W30756 Hill Street. The Two Properties, a Total of 1.54 acres, are Currently Zoned R-1. Residential, and Operating Under a Conditional Use Permit for a Landscaping Business. The Request is to Rezone all Parcels to all Parcels to B-2 Zoning, Local Business District. April 15th. 2026 Present: Chairman Klink, Commissioners Griffin, Queoff, Olson, Siepmann, Good, & Caliendo, lanner Haroldson, and Deputy Clerk Claas Absent: Attorney Van Kleunen Also Present: Kim Schlise The Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Klink at 5:30 p.m. Planner Haroldson read the Public Hearing Notice. Schlise stated that she would like to postpone the public hearing because of interest in the property. Planner Haroldson indicated the buyer may not want to rezone the property to B-2 zoning.
