Town of Perry Notice of Public Hearings Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Perry Town Hall 10084 County Highway A 7:30 PM PETITION TO VACATE AND DISCONTINUE A PART OF JOSEPHSON ROAD PETITION TO VACATE AND DISCONTINUE A PART OF GROVE STREET AND ENTIRETY OF AN UNOPENED AND UNPAVED ALLEY IN DALEYVILLE NOTICE is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Perry to discuss proposed action to commence discontinuance of a part of Josephson Road, and discontinuance of a part of the unopened and unpaved Grove Street, and the entirety of an unopened and unpaved alley, both initiated by introduction of resolutions of the Town Board of the Town of Perry, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1003(4). The portion of Josephson Road to be discontinued: the westerly 450 feet. The unopened and unpaved Grove Street and alley to be discontinued are as follows: Grove St, approx. 50 ft wide by 68.7 ft long, lying north of Clay Hill Rd. Grove St, lying north of Sunset Ave and south of Clay Hill Rd, along the west side of Block 2 of Goli Addition. Alley between Lot 11 and Lot 1, approx. 16.4 ft wide by 73 ft long, lying north of Sunset Ave. The Public Hearings will be held at 7:30 PM at the Perry Town Hall.
