Town of Perry Notice of Public Hearing Tuesday, July 14, 2026 Perry Town Hall 10084 County Highway A 7:00 PM PETITION TO DISCONTINUE UNPAVED ALLEY NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Perry will hold a Public Hearing to consider action on a petition submitted by Terry Miller to discontinue an unpaved alley described as follows: Grove St, approx. 50 ft wide by 68.7 ft long, lying north of Clay Hill Rd. Grove St, lying north of Sunset Ave and south of Clay Hill Rd, along the west side of Block 2 of Goli Addition. Alley between Lot 11 and Lot 1, approx. 16.4 ft wide by 73 ft long, lying north of Sunset Ave. The Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, prior to the monthly Town Board meeting, at the Perry Town Hall.
