Town of Perry Minutes of Public Hearing Perry Town Hall Tuesday, July 14, 2026 1. Call to order. Chairman Roger Kittleson called the public hearing to order at 7: 25 PM. Su pervisors Mick Klein Kennedy and Ken Hefty and Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Zwettler were present. Also in attendance: Terry Miller, Ron Josephson, Jeff Anderson, Jordan Abruzzo, Road Patrolman Mark Eastman, and Jan Eastman. 2. Discontinuance of Unpaved Alley in Daleyville. Chairman Roger Kittleson presented petition and background information submitted by Terry & Monica Miller to discontinue an unpaved, platted alley on the Assessor’s Plat of Daleyville. Terry Miller explained that the alley labeled “Grove Street,” along with the remaining alley between Lots 11 and 1 on the plat, would need to be discontinued before the survey to combine lots in Block 2. The Town Board discussed potential steps to approve the discontinuance . 3. Adjourn. Ken Hefty moved and Mick Klein Kennedy seconded a motion to adjourn the public hearing. Motion carried.
