Town of Perry Minutes of Public Hearing Perry Town Hall Tuesday, July 14, 2026 1. Call to order. Chairman Roger Kittleson called the public hearing to order at 7:05 PM . Su pervisors Mick Klein Kennedy and Ken Hefty and Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Zwettler were present. Also in attendance: Ron Josephson, Jeff Anderson, Jordan Abruzzo, Road Patrolman Mark Eastman, and Jan Eastman. 2. Discontinuance of Part of Josephson Road. Chairman Roger Kittleson reviewed the background and petition submitted by Ron Josephson to discontinue the westerly 450 feet of Josephson Road that adjoin parcels 0506-234-8700-0, 0506-234-8730-0, and 0506-234-8790-0. Ron Josephson presented a map of the proposed discontinuance and explained that he is purchasing Lot 3 from current owner Kevin Baumgartner, which would give him ownership of all land adjoining the portion of road proposed for discontinuance. Chairman Kittleson asked about continued use of the existing turnaround for road maintenance. Ron Josephson confirmed that the Town may continue using the cul-de-sac turnaround for maintenance and snow plowing. The Town Board discussed potential steps to approve the discontinuance . 3. Adjourn. Ken Hefty moved and Mick Klein Kennedy seconded a motion to adjourn the public hearing. Motion carried. The public hearing was adjourned at 7:17 PM.
