Town of Perry Minutes of Town Hall Renovation Committee Meeting Monday July 21, 2025 Perry Town Hall 1. Call to Order. Chairman Mick Klein Kennedy called the meeting to order at 2:40PM. Treasurer-Deputy Clerk Stephanie Zwettler, Clerk Mary Price, Road Patrolman Mark Eastman, Cindy Way and Jim Way were present. 2. Approve minutes of last meeting. The committee reviewed draft minutes of the meeting held on Sept. 19, 2024. Mark Eastman moved and Jim Way seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the committee meeting held on Sept. 19, 2024 as published. Motion carried. 3. Review possible sound abatement and decorating ideas. The committee reviewed the soundproofing installed and other options for noise abatement. The committee reviewed and developed recommendations: • Frame and install original ceiling fragments. • Install 3 acoustic panels – 48” x 24” x 2” @ est. $80.00 each = $240.00. • Frame and Install replica chalkboard – 48” x 72” x 2” @ est. $175.00. • Frame and Install restored Town photos. • 2026 Budget items – Town Hall office shelves, file cabinets, computer, printer. 4.
