Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, beginning at
7:00 PM at the Perry Town Hall, prior to the monthly Town Board meeting, the
Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed discontinuance of part of
Moen Road as petitioned by James Gibson and Susan Medaris.
Description: Moen Road – approximately .11 miles adjoining parcels
050631385009 and 050631390002 – at western road boundary, postal address
123 Drammen Valley Road.
