Town of Perry Minutes of Town Board Meeting Wednesday, November 27, 2024 Perry Town Hall 1. Call to order. Chairman Roger Kittleson called the meeting to order at 11:05AM. Supervisors Ken Hefty and Mick Klein Kennedy, Treasurer Deputy Clerk Stephanie Zwettler and Clerk Mary Price were present. Also in attendance: Road Patrolman Mark Eastman. 2. Recycling Center . Replace shed . The Town Board reviewed the Recycling Center staff’s request to replace the shed currently used at the Town’s Recycling Center. Mark Eastman presented options based on information received from several dealers in Dodgeville, Richland Center and Madison. The Board considered the advantages and disadvantages of pre-built and building kits available. Costs, discounts available and delivery schedules were analyzed. Ken Hefty moved and Mick Klein Kennedy seconded a motion to purchase a pre-built 10’ x 16’ building and additional 9’ door produced by Old Hickory Buildings and in stock from Kate’s Bait and Sporting Goods, Dodgeville, WI – total $5,608.00 and 10% down payment, to be delivered by December 10, 2024. Motion carried. 3. Adjournment. Ken Hefty moved and Mick Klein Kennedy seconded a motion to adjourn. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 1:04 PM. Mary L.
