TOWN BOARD BUDGET MEETING OCTOBER 2, 2025 – 6:00 P.M. TOWN HALL, 2354 COUNTY ROAD N PRESENT: Chairperson Dick Green, Supervisors Melanie Miller, Eric Olson, Renee Gouaux and Faith Schuck, and Clerk/Treasurer Maria Hougan ABSENT: OTHERS PRESENT: N/A CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Green called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD No one registered for the public comment period. BUSINESS Discussion and work meeting on the 2026 Budget. Expenditures and proposed road work. The Board reviewed the 2026 expenditures spreadsheets. Chair Green reported out Williams Dr. may most likely be postponed to 2027 due to a grant opportunity available for funding in 2027. They may chipseal a portion of Williams Dr. in 2026. Several subdivisions will be overlaid. Further review and discussions followed. The next budget meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Supervisor Olson, second by Sup. Schuck, to adjourn at 8:01 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
