SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING, August 21, 2025 – 3:00 pm-5:00 pm PRESENT: Chair Dick Green, Supervisors Faith Schuck, Eric Olson (arrived at 3:06), Renee Gouaux, and Melanie Miller ABSENT: OTHERS IN ATTENDANCE: Public Works Employees Bryce Sime and Joe North, Clerk/Treasurer Maria Hougan, and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Danielle Spilde. CALL TO ORDER Chair Green called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION. BUSINESS Hold annual employee performance evaluation Motion by Supervisor Miller, second by Sup. Schuck, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(1)(c) “considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.” Hold annual employee performance evaluations. Motion carried 4-0. Employee evaluations were held for each employee. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION Motion by Supervisor Miller, second by Sup. Schuck, to reconvene into open session. Motion carries 5-0.
