TOWN BOARD MEETING, May 22, 2025 PRESENT: Chair Dick Green, Supervisor Faith Schuck ABSENT: Supervisors Olson, Gouaux, and Miller OTHERS IN ATTENDANCE: Public Works Employee Joe North CALL TO ORDER Chair Green called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSSIBLE CLOSED SESSION. BUSINESS Hold six-month probationary period employee performance evaluation. Due to a lack of quorum, there was an informal discussion with the public works employee but there was no action taken and no official meeting was held.
