1 September 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the draft minutes. The approved minutes will be signed at the next meeting. Town of Sharon Plan Commission Meeting Tuesday, September 1, 2026 6:30 p.m. Town Hall 1. Call to Order: Chairman Gibbs called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll Call: Chairman Gibbs and Commissioners Brooks, Cychosz, Gagas, Rombalski, Somers, and Wisniewski present. Absent = None 4. Notice of Meeting Postings: Notice of the meeting was posted in three places in the Town of Sharon and also on the town website and Facebook. 5. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Commissioner Wisniewski to approve the agenda. Second by Commissioner Cychosz. Motion carried by voice vote = 6-0-0 6. Approval of Minutes of Tuesday, March 3, 2026: Motion by Commissioner Cychosz to approve the minutes. Second by Commissioner Gagas. Motion carried by voice vote = 6-0-0 7. Discussion/Action for Lea Kiggins, 6934 County Road EE, Bancroft Wi, 54921 Agent: Aaron Parks from Gremmer and Associates. Lea is requesting to rezone 19.14 acres to allow multiple building lots. Parcel: 032-25-0927-15.11, located on Deer Road. Currently zoned A2, Land use: L2. Requesting to change to A4, land use L3. This would allow them to create 3 lots: 2.8 acres, 12.6 acres and 3.5 acres. +/- Motion by Commissioner Cychosz to recommend: ● Amending the Town of Sharon Comprehensive Plan by changing the future land use map designation of parcel 032-25-0927-15.11 from L2 - Intermediate Agriculture to L3 - Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use. ● Second by Commissioner Rombalski ● Motion carried by voice vote = 6–0-0 Motion by Commissioner Cychosz to recommend: ● Rezoning parcel 032-25-0927-15.11 from A2 -Agricultural Transition to A4 - General Agriculture with a suggestions ● Second by Commissioner Gagas. ● Motion carried by voice vote = 6-0-0 8. Chairman’s Report: Many lot splits have occurred in the township with the intention to build new homes. This continues to press land prices higher. 2 9. Public Comment: None 10. Next Meeting: Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall 11. Adjournment: Motion by Commissioner Brooks to adjourn. Second by Commissioner Wisniewski.
