The subject property is described as Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 126 36, part of Lots 9, 10 and 11 Moose Hills, a subdivision of a part of Government Lots 5 and 6 and vacated Forest Drive, part of the W ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 20, T8N, R18E, Town of Merton.
