NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg present. Lisa Meinholz absent. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice was posted on Town Website and Bulletin Board. 5. Approval of September 8, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the September 8, 2026 Board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of August 17, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the August 17, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Patrolman Report – Josh mowing ditches. Started process for addition to town garage. Josh checked out Chao property and they are not taking over the park behind their house, just maintaining it. Josh will get park signs to put up. Also getting more no parking signs for St. Norbert Street. 9. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Discussion on Picker’s Place boat landing being public or private but no consensus at this time. Dane County amendment on cemeteries, no comment at this time. Discussion on the 765 Lines, no stand at this time since they are not coming thru the township. 10. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 11. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 16088 thru 16093. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 12.
