NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 3, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY AUGUST 3, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Lisa Meinholz present. Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg absent. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice was posted on Town Website and Outdoor Bulletin Board. 5. Approval of August 3, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the August 3, 2026 Board meeting agenda. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of July 20, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the July 20, 2026 Board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 7. Senator Dianne H. Hesselbein and Representative Alex Joers informational Discussion – Alex Joers introduced himself to the Town Board and gave a brief description of his duties. Senator Hesselbein gave a brief discussion on Dane County budget. 8. Public Opinion – Patrolman and resident resolved issue with right-of-way mowing. 9. Review and Approve Resolution No. 2026-02, defining Tree and Brush Collection and Disposal for Plotted Subdivision in the Town of Roxbury/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-02, defining Tree and Brush Collection and Disposal for Plotted Subdivision in the Town of Roxbury. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 10. Patrolman Report – Mowing, meeting with Joe Bass from Fahrner to discuss them coming back and redoing poor chipseal projects from last year. Will continue shouldering soon. 11. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous information correspondence. 12. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 13. Approve Checks – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve check #’s 16068 thru 16075. 2nd by Nick Ganser.
