NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY DANE COUNTY TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY JULY 20, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. Approval of July 20, 2026 Agenda 6. Approval of July 6, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes 7. Public Opinion 8. Discussion and possible action on convening into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), to conduct other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, and Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically: Contract for garbage and recycling contract with Republic Services 9. Reconvene in open session for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matter discussed in closed session, and to consider any remaining agenda items. 10.
