NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES JULY 6, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY JULY 6, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Nanette Backeberg, and Lisa Meinholz present. Mike Bradley absent. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of July 6, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the July 6, 2026 meeting agenda. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of June 15, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the June 15, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Dick Meier – Honey Creek ATV & UTV Club Ordinance Amendment to open HWY 188 from Inama to Hwy 60, and Hwy 12 to Mack Rd Discussion- After discussion, clerk will amend the current ATV/UTV Ordinance and send to town lawyer for review. 9. MSA Contract for Mussen Road project review/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made motion to approve the Mussen Road project agreement with MSA for the amount of $75,000.00. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 10. Patrolman Report – Mowing and spraying town roads. Discussion on having brush pick up twice a year. Nothing decided yet. 11. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Informational email on election registration. 12. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 13. Approve Checks – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve check #’s 16030 thru 16032 and 16041 thru 16055. 2nd by Nick Ganser.
