AMENDED NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES MARCH 19, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON THURSDAY MARCH 19, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:02pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance- Recited by all. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. Jim Wipperfurth absent. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice was posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of March 19, 2026 Agenda – Nick Ganser made a motion to approve the March 19, 2026 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. No – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of March 2, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve March 2, 2026 meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. No – 0. Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – Resident called and said they talked to Dane County about the loose gravel on Hwy. Y and the county is supposed to be coming out to sweep or vacuum. 8. Review and Approve Tractor and Boom Mower purchase\Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the purchase of a 2022 John Deere tractor with boom mower in the amount of $125,000. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. No – 0. Motion Carried. 9. Patrolman Report – Still have salt in the shed and the balance of the contract is being delivered. Working on installing/fixing road signs. 10. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous email questions/information. 11. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. No – 0. Motion Carried. 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15913 thru 15929. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. No – 0. Motion Carried. 13. Adjourn – Mike Bradley made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Mike Bradley. No – 0. Motion Carried.
