TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES MARCH 2, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY MARCH 2, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was on Town website and outdoor bulletin board 5. Approval of March 2, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the March 2, 2026 town board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of February 16, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the February 16, 2026 town board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – Complaints about the pee gravel from the county chip seal project on Hwy Y. 8. Review and Approve CUP 2700 for Dexter and Tessa Breunig for residence to be built on parcel 050/0907-133-8500-7 https://accessdane.danecounty.gov/Parcel/Index/090713385007./Action - Mike Bradley made a motion to approve CUP #2700 for Dexter and Tessa Breunig for residence to be built on farm parcel 050/0907- 133-8500-7. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 9. Review and Approve Driveway Permit D-2026-01 for Dexter and Tessa Breunig, Lueth Rd./Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve driveway permit D-2026-01 for Dexter and Tessa Breunig, Lueth Rd in the amount of $250.00 plus $2500.00 bond. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 10. Patrolman Report – We received 2 bids for tree trimming projects. Matt Ballweg is low bidder at $23, 850.00. Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the low bid and award to Matt Ballweg. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 11. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous correspondence. 12. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 13. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15901 thru 15910. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth.
