TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 20, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY OCTOBER 20, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order @ 7:01 pm. 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All. 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Public Notice posted on Town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of October 20, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the October 20, 2025 meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 6. Approval of October 6, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the October 6, 2025 meeting minutes. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. . YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 7. Public Opinion – Dane County increased the cost of dog license by $2.00, therefore town dog license will also increase $2.00. Discussed raising no refund of tax payment to $5.00 or $10.00. This will be discussed at a future meeting. 8. Ambulance Commission Meeting Update, Ervin Breunig – Ervin Breunig said he needed to resign from the Ambulance Commission. Also discussed the increase to the town ambulance assessment to $24,232 due to changing to Paramedic services. 9. Correspondence Letters – Miscellaneous informational emails. 10. Patrolman Report – Josh reported “same old, same old” shouldering, mowing, pot holes, ditches. 11. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. . YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15738 thru 15747. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. . YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 13. Adjourn – Mike Bradley made a motion to adjourn. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. .
