TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 18, 2025 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON AUGUST 18, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley and Lisa Meinholz present. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of August 18, 2025 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the August 18, 2025 meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 6. Approval of August 4, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the August 4, 2025 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Mike Bradley abstained. 7. Public Opinion – N/A 8. Kyle Kraemer Driveway Permit D-2025-02 Discussion re: 2 entrances, Jenny Lind Lane/Possible Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to add a new 2nd driveway entrance permit D-2025-04 for Kyle Kraemer, Jenny Lind Rd with a 2nd fee of $250.00 and Bond of $2500.00. 2nd by Mike Bradley. Yes – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 9. Correspondence Letters – Received email stating our new estimated town population is 1864 with an estimate of 1493 at voting age. Other misc. informational emails. 10. Patrolman Report – Shouldering is done for the 3 town roads that are getting chip sealed. Mowing and spraying still happening. Will be working on unclogging the culvert on Crystal Lake. 11. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO - 0 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15658 thru 15668. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth.
