New Business: • Consider/Act on the Certified Survey Map to combine 2 parcels on Center Oak Road as requested by Jared and Rebecca Tetzlaff. TAX KEYS MRTT0335-998-002 & MRTT0335-998-001 and approved by plan commission on December 18, 2024. • Consider/Act on Outdoor Music Events for North Lake Bear Trap. • Consider/Act on the Certified Survey Map to combine 2 parcels of record with separate tax keys, on Lakewood Drive and CTH K, Hartland, Brian Mullet/Man Cave Properties, LLC, N56W30656 CTH K, Hartland. TAX KEYS MRTT 0395-978 & MRTT 0395-977 and approved by plan commission on August 7, 2024. • Consider/Act on Memorandum of Understanding For Countywide Damage Assessment Service.
