Notice to Residents Town of Lincoln Kewaunee County The Town of Lincoln Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Lincoln Town Hall located at N8016 Maple Road, Casco, WI. They will hear a Conditional Use Permit request from Kinnard Farms, Inc. They are requesting to replace a tile line under Tamarack Road north of N8200 in the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 and the N1/2 of the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 Section 19, T25N R24E. After hearing all testimony, the Plan Commission will recommend that the Town Board either grant or deny the above Conditional Use Permit request. Members of the Town of Lincoln Board of Supervisors may be present at this hearing. Joseph A. They will hear a Conditional Use Permit request from Lawrence Paul. He is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Shipping container to be located at E4408 Hawk Road in the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 Section 11, T25N R24E. After hearing all testimony, the Plan Commission will recommend that the Town Board either grant or deny the above Conditional Use Permit request.
