CITY OF MENOMONIE COUNCIL MEETING OFFICIAL COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS Page 1 of 1 A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Menomonie, Dunn County, Wisconsin, was held in open session on, September 15, 2026, and called to order by Mayor Crowe at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. The following members were present: Luther, Edwards, Sutherland, Yonko, Pickard, Schwebs, Gentz, Hargrove, Schlough, Erdman and Sommerfeld. Luther left the meeting at 8:44 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS – The following members of the public spoke on the draft ordinance amending Data Center Industrial (I-4) District Zoning: Lenore Mercer, William Laine, Terry Siebold.
