Menomonie Tourism Commission
Meeting Minutes
September 9, 2026
The Menomonie Tourism Commission was called to order by Chairperson Grady Richartz on
September 9, 2026, at 11:04 a.m. in the City of Menomonie Council Chambers.
Roll Call: Matthew Crowe, Barbara Bauer -Chen, Amanda Pickerign -Yaeger, Grady Richartz, and
Julie Holger.
Others Present: Eric Atkinson and Tammy Simon
Motion to approve the July 8, 2026, minutes was made by Crowe and seconded by Chen. Motion
carried unanimously.
Atkinson provided the 2nd quarter room tax data.
Simon provided the Chamber reports.
Atkinson stated that an updated draft of the Tourism Contract will be brought to the Tourism
Commission at the next scheduled meeting.
The next meeting date was set for November 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in room 058 of City Hall.
Motion to adjourn was made by Crowe and seconded by Bauer-Chen. The motion carried
unanimously.
