POLONIA PARK COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES June 8, 2026 at 5:30 PM at the POLONIA PARK Sharon Town Hall 6704 State Hwy 66 Custer, WI Attendees: Gayle Hintz, Lori Printz, Cortney Zinda and Alyssa Gagas Author: Alyssa Gagas Typist: Katie Osowski _______________________________________________________________________ AGENDA • Call meeting to order at 5:30pm • Roll call o Lori, Gayle, Alyssa • Notice of public meeting & how given • Approval of June 8th agenda o Gayle approved the June 8th agenda, Alyssa seconded it. • Approval of May 11, 2026 Park Commission meeting minutes o Alyssa approved the May 11, 2026 Park Commission meeting minutes and Gayle seconded it. • Approval of Treasurer report o Lori approved the Treasurer report and Alyssa seconded it. o Checking acct $1, 748.04 o Savings acct $15,138.80 o CD - $52,362.71 (final amount) ▪ $2,000 Orly memorial ▪ $123.20 interest ▪ $113.91 base box • Discuss Steak Dinner fundraiser – tickets, volunteers, donations, etc • Discuss “Yoga in the Park” future dates o Mondays at 6pm • Discuss any update to bldg progress o Look into CFCW on partnering up to collect donations ▪ CFCW = Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin • Discuss Bylaws amendments o Awaiting board approval. • Discuss regarding Fall Fest vendors o Still collecting apps.
