Review the public record, Project Plan Amendment and related planning documents, Plan Commission resolution recommending adoption of Project Plan Amendment No.3, and the resolution of the City Council adopting Amendment No. 3 to the Project Plan for Tax Incremental District #14, City of Menomonie, Wisconsin. 5. Consideration and approval of the Resolution adopted by the City Council on August 3, 2026, approving Amendment No. 3 to the Project Plan for Tax Increment District #14, amending the project plan of the District. 6.
