Authorize the Plan Commission to hire consultants as needed to assist with the review and update of the Comprehensive Plan, subject to a spending limit established by the Council. 11. Infrastructure & Utilities a. Consider approval of Gerke Excavating Pay Request #1 for the Spring Street Sewage Lift Station Project – (Proposal #2). b. Discuss and consider sewer rate increase. 12. Ordinances & Resolutions & Proclamations a. Discuss and consider a Proclamation declaring November as “Deer Donation Month” in support of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources’ Deer Donation Program and efforts to combat hunger b. Discuss and consider re-adopting the Fair Housing Proclamation 13. Licenses & Permits a. Review and Approve “Welcome to Augusta” sign permit application b. Approve Bartender license Applications 14. Follow-up Discussion and possible action regarding mobile home park issues such as but not limited to debris in yards, stray cats, uninhabitable trailers. 15.
