NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TOWN OF TROY, WISCONSIN In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Town of Troy that the Town of Troy Plan Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing via Zoom Webinar on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 6:30 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit. THE APPLICANT, Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services W7725 US Hwy 10, Ellsworth, WI 54011 has made a request for a Conditional Use Permit to place a 6-foot by 19-foot structure to store and operate broadband and high-speed internet equipment at 450 Mann Valley Drive, River Falls, WI 54022. The virtual public hearing will be held via Zoom Webinar: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82378818803 Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the Town prior to the public hearing. Anonymous correspondence will not be accepted. All application materials may be viewed at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
