NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TOWN OF TROY, WISCONSIN In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Town of Troy that the Town of Troy Plan Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing via Zoom Webinar on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 6:30 pm. The purpose of the hearings is to consider a request for a Planned Unit Development to own and operate a Condominium Garage Complex. THE APPLICANT, EW Homes Incorporated of 526 Rolling Meadows Drive, River Falls, WI 54022 has made a request for a Planned Unit Development-General Development Plan. The phased plan proposes to develop Troy Commercial Park beginning with a Condominium Garage Complex on a 35.3 acre parcel of land described as; part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼, and part of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 15, Township 28 North, Range 19 West (Parcel Identification Number, Parts of 040-1062-30-000 and 040-1062-60- 000) all in the Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The virtual public hearing will be held via Zoom Webinar https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87393406784 Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the Town prior to the public hearing. Anonymous correspondence will not be accepted. All application materials for the public hearing may be viewed at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
