NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TOWN OF TROY, WISCONSIN In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Town of Troy that the Town of Troy Plan Commission will conduct two virtual public hearings via Zoom Webinar on Thursday, May 5, 2022, the first hearing will begin at 6:30 pm. The second hearing will begin immediately after the first hearing is closed. The purpose of the hearings is to consider to the following. THE FIRST APPLICANT, John and Debra Larson of 232 Paulson Road River Falls, WI 54022 has made a request to rezone 13,201 square feet of an adjacent parcel (Parcel Identification Number 101-1091-10-112) from Traditional Commercial to Agriculture. Thereby allowing the applicant to combine, via a Certified Survey Map, that portion of said parcel with two other parcels, owned by applicant, to create a single parcel. THE SECOND APPLICANT, Jason Adam of 360 Meadow Valley Trail, Hudson, WI 54016 has made a request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a mobile tool business as a Major Home Occupation at the above address. The virtual public hearing will be held via Zoom Webinar: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87172473892 Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the Town prior to the public hearing. Anonymous correspondence will not be accepted. All application materials for each hearing may be viewed at the Town of Troy Town Hall, 654 Glover Road, Hudson, Wisconsin during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
