CITY OF GILLETT JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING Council Chambers – Municipal Building 150 N McKenzie Ave – Gillett, WI 54124 THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2025 – 4:00 PM MINUTES Alderperson Mohr called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM. Roll Call Present: Alderperson Nanette Mohr, Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson, Art Bahr with MSA, Oconto County Representative Tracy Ondik, and Mayor Jon Blaskowksi. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input: None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Appoint Chairperson and Citizen Member to City of Gillett Joint Review Board (Standing Joint Review Board) – Leave Lay 2. Annual Review of TIDs 3 and 4- TID 3 created in 2000. Termination date is 2034. 2024 Increment was $137,943, Net new construction is $-1,100. Current debt load $125,000. TID 4 created in 2022, termination date is 2042. 2024 New Net Construction was $265,100, 2023 was $1,097,600. 2024 Increment $43,903. Tax Increments come in to the City in approximately July. 3.
