MARCH 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board Meeting. Regular Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6pm Central WI Electric Coop Call to Order : Chairman Oksuita called the meeting to order at 6:01p.m. Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski. Also present: Chris Stanislawski, Walter Leppen, Travis Bassette Informal Public Comment Time : Travis Bassette is running for County Board Supervisor 25 and introduced himself. Walter Leppen also introduced himself again and discussed the Portage County Fire Service Agreement. Chris Stanislawski would like to talk about St. Adalbert Road and weight restrictions. Public Requests for Consideration : None. Approval of the February Meeting Minutes : Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to approve the minutes from February 3, 2026. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Approval of Payment of Bills : Financial report was presented. Motion by Wierzba, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve payment of the bills as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Portage County Fire Service Agreement : The agreement has not been updated since 2007. It involves mutual aid. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to approve of the Portage County Fire Service Agreement. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Town Roads Comments & Concerns: Last load of salt was delivered; roads will be posted on Monday, March 9, 2026. Oksuita will get Chris Stanislawski a temporary permit to use St. Adalbert Road for his business while seasonal weight restrictions are posted. Next Meeting : Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:00pm at CWEC. Annual Meeting: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:30pm at CWEC.
