Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Nanette Mohr and Ashley VanStraten Alderpersons Keri Hicks, Matt Young, Jerry Luther, Mayor Jon Blaskowski, and Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson. Excused David Bunker. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input –None AGENDA ITEMS 1. Discussion and possible action on minutes from September 29, 2025 MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve the minutes from September 29, 2025 Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Committee may go into closed session to discuss matters of employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of public employees pursuant to 19.85 (1c) Wis. Stats. MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve going into closed session at 5:01 PM to include council members, clerk and mayor. Voice Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 3. Committee will return to open session and may take action on matters discussed in closed session. MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to return to open session at 5:27 PM.
