Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Jerry Luther and Keri Hicks. Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson and Mayor Jon Blaskowski. Alderperson Nanette Mohr, Ad Hoc Members Chris Byars, Irene Drake, and Ron Anderson. Ashley VanStraten Excused. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input –None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and Possible Action on Minutes from September 25, 2025 MOTION: Hicks/Luther Motion to approve the minutes from June 11, 2025. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible Action on Zippel Park Plans: MOTION: Byars/Drake Motion to approve the playground location as pictured. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED Had conversation on placement, keeping in mind the Oconto County Youth Fair parking and carnival area. Would like quotes on two different areas for the bathroom location. 3. Set Next Meeting Date: To Be Determined 4. Adjournment at 10:20 AM. MOTION: Hicks/Luther Motion to adjourn.
