Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Nanette Mohr and Ashley VanStraten Alderpersons Keri Hicks, Matt Young, Jerry Luther, Mayor Jon Blaskowski, and Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson. Public Works Foreman Nate Anderson, Librarian Shannon Stoner, Fire Chief Kurt Hicks, Assistant Fire Chief Tim Via, and Police Chief Shane Breitenbach. Excused David Bunker. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input –None AGENDA ITEMS 1. Discussion and possible action on minutes from September 4, 2025 MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve the minutes from September 4, 2025 Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and possible action on Budget Review and 2026 Budget- Discussed with all department heads on needs and the budget they set for 2026. MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve ordering a generator for the fire department for $11,013. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 3. Set Next Meeting Date- October 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM. 4.
