Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Nanette Mohr, Ashley VanStraten, and via phone David Bunker. Alderpersons Keri Hicks and Jerry Luther, Mayor Jon Blaskowski, and Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson. Open Meeting Law has been complied with. Public Input –None AGENDA ITEMS 1. Discussion and possible action on minutes from July 9, 2025 MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve the minutes from July 9, 2025 Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve moving agenda budget line item #2 to after Kerber Rose Contract agenda item. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and possible action on Quarles and Brady Scope of Engagement MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve the Quarles and Brady Scope of Engagement. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 3. Discussion and possible action on R&R Assessing Services 2026-2029 MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve the R&R Assessing Services for 2026-2029. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 4. Discussion and possible action Kerber Rose Contract MOTION: VanStraten/Mohr Motion to approve Kerber Rose Contract $3,850 per month. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes MOTION CARRIED 5.
