Discussion and Possible action on February 3, 2025 Minutes MOTION: Luther/Bunker Motion to approve minutes from February 3, 2025 Minutes. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible action on New Home Build 125 E Fourth Street MOTION: Luther/Mohr Motion to approve the new home build at 125 E Fourth Street. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 3.
