CITY OF GILLETT UTILITY COMMITTEE MEETING Council Chambers – Municipal Building 150 N McKenzie Ave – Gillett, WI 54124 THURSDAY, MARCH 6, 2025 AT 5:45 PM MINUTES Chairperson Young called the meeting to order at 5:45 pm. Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Matt Young, Nanette Mohr and Irene Drake, Public Members Ruth Spang and Louis Danielson. Utility Operator Matt Wickman. Also Present: Alderpersons Ashley VanStraten and Jerry Luther, Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson, and Mayor Jon Blaskowski. Public Deanna Smith, Ann Ammerman, Michael Kohn, Keri Hicks, City Attorney Robert Gagon, and Art Bahr from MSA. Public Input: None AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Discussion and Possible Action on February 3, 2025 Minutes MOTION: Drake/Danielson Motion to approve minutes from February 3, 2025 Minutes. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible Action on 125 E Fourth Street installation of Septic System MOTION: Mohr/Drake Motion to approve the installation of the Septic System at 125 E Fourth Street. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 3. Discussion and Possible Action on Water Tower Quotes MOTION: Drake/Spang Motion to approve James Orr Coating Inspections, LLC for $14,700.
