MARCH 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next meeting. ____________________________________________________________________________ Town of Sharon Board Meeting Wednesday, March 25, 2026 – 4 p.m. Sharon Town Hall Call to Order: Chairman Check called the meeting to order at 4 p.m. Roll Call: Chairman Check, Supervisor Gibbs, Supervisor Gagas, Clerk Treasurer Filtz, Joe Jakubek and Jim Zdroik were present. Notice of Meeting Postings: Notice of the meeting was posted in three places in the Town of Sharon (town hall window, kiosk between Sylvia’s and Polonia Café, kiosk in front of North Star Machine) and on the town website and Facebook. Motion by Supervisor Gagas, seconded by Supervisor Gibbs to approve the chip sealing quote to Fahrner for the following roads: Pulaski, County Line, Music, Rustic and Rustic East, Erin and Cattle with Athens/dark/FA2 for the amount of $124,864.00. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Motion by Supervisor Gagas, seconded by Supervisor Gibbs to approve the wedging and overlay with forta-fi fiber option on South Jacqueline Lake Road, Edgewood Road and Cobbler Lane to American Asphalt with no shouldering. Motion by Supervisor Gagas, seconded by Supervisor Gibbs to table discussion on North Bentley Road. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Adjournment: Motion made by Supervisor Gibbs, seconded by Supervisor Gagas to adjourn. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
