CITY OF GILLETT PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING Council Chambers – Municipal Building 150 N McKenzie Ave – Gillett, WI 54124 MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 20245 AT 5:15 PM MINUTES Chairperson Bunker called the meeting to order at 5:15 pm. Roll Call Present: Alderpersons Nanette Mohr and Jerry Luther. Alderpersons Irene Drake, Matt Young, and Ashley VanStraten. Clerk Treasurer Chelsea Anderson and Mayor Jon Blaskowski. Alderperson David Bunker is excused. Public Input: None 1. Discussion and Possible action on December 9, 2024 Minutes MOTION: Luther/Mohr Motion to approve minutes from December 9, 2024 Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 2. Discussion and Possible action on New Home Build 301 E Main St and address change-Need to change zoning. MOTION: Luther/Mohr Motion to approve the new home build, subject to meet all state and federal requirements on contaminated ground. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Luther/Mohr Motion to change the address from 301 E Main Street to 100 N Richmond Avenue. Voice Vote: All Voting Aye – MOTION CARRIED 3.
