Discuss/Recommend Land Division/CSM for Robert & John Baierl, parcel #030- 343602444 County Road S, Oconto, WI. 6.7 acres. Paul Shallow present to answer questions. Motion by Schroeder, 2nd by Van Hulle to approve land division/CSM. M/C 5. Assign officers: Scanlan made motion for the following officers for 2025/2026 term: Chair: Bitters; V.
