PROCEEDINGS – June 28, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. 3. Appoint Secretary. Appointed Jeff Van Enkevort. 4. Discuss Winter Maintenance. Discussed snowplowing with Brandon from Oconto County. 5. Discuss Roads Discussed repairs on Beaumier Road. 6. Discuss Recycling Center and Compost Site. Reviewed and working on Request For Proposal. 7. Discuss Diesel Fuel Tank. Discussed and added to Board Agenda. 8. Discuss Drop Box Tabled until next meeting. 9.
