PROCEEDINGS – April 26, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. 3. Appoint Secretary. Appointed Jeromy Delebreau. 4. Discuss Phones for Clerk and Treasures. Reviewed Phones for Clerk and Treasure and no action will be taken at this time. 5. Discuss Roads Pricing will be on the June agenda. 6. Discuss Recycling Center and Compost Site. Reviewed and working on Request For Proposal. 7. Discuss Fees for Open Record Requests. Reviewed Open Record Requests and working with Lawyer. 8.
