PROCEEDINGS – April 26, 2023 TOWN OF CHASE WORKSHOP SUPERVISORS MEETING 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Town Board Chairman, Gary Van Lannen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in the Chase Town Hall, located at 8481 County Road S, Pulaski WI 54162. Notices were posted in the three town display boxes, which are located at the Town Recycling Center, North Chase Citgo, and South Chase Saloon. Board Members present: Chairman - Gary Van Lannen, Supervisor - Dennis Kroll, Supervisor – Jeff Van Enkevort, Clerk – Jeromy Delebreau, Deputy Clerk – Cindy Kroll, Treasurer – Mae Micolichek 2. Approve the Agenda A. Change in Sequence – None. B. Removal of Items – None. 3. Appoint Secretary. Appointed Jeff Van Enkevort. 4. Discuss Old Landfill with Robert E Lee. Reviewed the 2 options. Upfront costs versus Long-term costs. 5. Discuss Roads Snow Plowing $155,717. $114,000 after snow plowing. 6. Discuss Recycling Center and Compost Site. Reviewed Recycling Center and Compost Site. 7. Discuss ARPA Funds. Reviewed ARPA Funds. 8. Discuss Landscaping. Reviewed Town Hall landscaping and letting it go for now. 9. Discuss Fees for Open Record Requests. Reviewed Open Record Requests. 10.
