AMENDED PLAN COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2026 A meeting of the Marinette Plan Commission has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 3:30PM. Amended to correct item 4. The meeting will be held in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall, 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, WI. The following items will be on the agenda: 1. Call the meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve minutes of September 16, 2026 regular meeting (see attached). 4. Consideration and possible recommendation to the Common Council to amend MMC 465-23 (Zoning District map) to change the zoning designation of the following Parcel Number 251- 02009.00, 251-02026.000, 251-00600.013, (formally known as 024-01015.000) and assigned address of 2095 Old Peshtigo Road, Marinette, WI to rezone from R-1 Single-Family Residential District to B-4 Highway Business District (see attached). 5. Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Stratford Sign Company, LLC, Stratford, WI, for a free-standing sign at Wagner-Casper Agency, Inc, 2017 Marinette Avenue, Marinette, WI (see attached). 6. Discussion and possible action regarding a site plan submitted by Lithocrafters, Marinette, WI for a wall sign at Meta 365 Integrated Wellness & Fitness, 1510 University Drive, Marinette, WI (see attached). 7. Discussion and possible action regarding future agenda items. 8. Adjourn.
