1 MONDAY, JULY 13, 2026 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: June Checks # 18500 – 18503 & July Checks # 18504 – 18534 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm, by Supervisor George Schumer, acting as Chairman, since Chairman Scott Darnell on vacation, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Cheryl Barnharst, Road Supervisor Matt Goeb and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 4 residents, and 0 non-residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2. PUBLIC COMMENTS* Nice job mowing. Need to check property permits at 19th & 26th. STEVEN JOHNSON INTRODUCTION: No show APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the June 8, 2026 Regular Town Board Meeting & June 11, 2026 Special Town Board, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s June 30, 2026 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Maintenance on equipment, plow trucks sprayed rust prevention, sharpened blades after mowing, some new tires, PTO shroud, & hydraulic hose fixed., Remove trees from right away on 17th Ave, put up Cty Rd G street sign, Bought exhaust ventilation fan for shop. Working with FEMA on getting the April storm money. Mowing, patching and fixing gravel roads after trucks are tearing it up. CONSTABLE REPORT: Six incidents: removed deer carcass and tailpipe from road, helped disabled car, RR crossing not working, abandoned bike, & car in cemetery. 2026 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE: Reviewing the update June 2026 Comprehensive Plan, set Public Hearing for August 10, 2026 at 6:30pm. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, AUGUST 10, 2026 AT 6:30PM following Public Hearing. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 6:49 pm, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-2.
